Meet Dennis Mulyar

We had the good fortune of connecting with Dennis Mulyar and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Dennis, what do you attribute your success to?
My faith has by far been the greatest factor to success.
Sure there’s been a lot of hard work and intentionality, but if it wasn’t my faith in Jesus, I would not be alive today (literarily). There came a moment in my life where the money, the successes and the celebrities I got to be around didn’t fulfill me… I needed something deeper. I think everyone can live a meaningful life believing what they believe, but for me, this is the only thing that truly worked.
The last 3 years I took a sabbatical that changed my life. During that time, I did Oceans College in Irvine, Ca, and during that time, I decided it was time for me to begin investing into people and so I started an education company. My goal was to teach people how to do what I’ve done in my industry, but also let them know that it’s ok for them to not be shy about what they believe.
I think if we can be the most authentic self, then people would be drawn to that and actually trust the words that were saying.
Moving into the future, I hope to inspire and encourage people to step into the fullness of who they were created to be on this earth for.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’ve had the privilege of capturing stories in some of the most breathtaking locations worldwide.
From the Italian lakes to the glaciers of Iceland and the Caribbean shores, my life feels like a dream. Over the past 13 years, I’ve worked with a diverse clientele, including tech titans, social media stars, and corporate executives. But what truly sets my work apart is my passion for storytelling. My team doesn’t just film weddings; we immerse ourselves in the couple’s unique narrative, creating films that transport them back to their special day for years to come.
It hasn’t been a smooth journey. I’ve learned that building a successful business requires unwavering dedication and a refusal to compromise, specifically to relationships. A few years ago, I took a much-needed sabbatical to reevaluate my path. This experience taught me the invaluable lesson that relationships are more important than monetary gains. It’s the connections I’ve forged that have sustained me throughout my career.
Having recently completed two international workshops in France and Italy, this Fall, I will be launching online courses / digital products to help aspiring wedding video/photo creators hone their craft and to make money and work with their dream clients.
By supporting my work and consuming my content, you’re not just investing in me but also in the future of storytelling. I believe that everyone has a unique story to tell, and I’m committed to providing the tools and resources they need to bring their visions to life.

I want to shout out Baptize America. They are bringing together thousands of people around the country in the midst of a social climate where there is so much division. In 2025 they are planning an incredible event that all 50 states will be apart of. It will break world-record and I can’t wait to be apart of it!
