We had the good fortune of connecting with Gianluca Pizzorno and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Gianluca, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
Taking risks it’s a big part of my job and definitely shaped my career, most of the time success come from an idea,an intuition, in seeing potential in something row and making into reality

Of course risks need to go accordingly with hard work, commitment and persistence

Risks are exciting and scary at the some time but I think nobody achieved something great without taking risks

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I’m a music manager and i one of the daily challenges is to find a balance between art and business, it’s very delicate to deal with creative people and their piece of art ( to which most of the time they are attached in a very personal way) and making into a commercial product I come from a music background and this definitely helps understanding my clients emotional process.
I’m very proud to all my clients achievements and lately have been many including producing songs for name like Dua Lipa, Don Tolliver, Snoh Aalegra , collaboration with the superstar Dj R3hab and many other
One of the biggest lessons I learned is to don’t let the business problems effect your private life, our job can generate a lot of stress and it’s very easy and dangerous to bring it into your personal life
I’m constantly motivated to explore new opportunities and to keep reaching my goals and make history, every milestone I reach it’s a starting point to another one

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Let’s start saying that I’m in love with LA, if my friends are in town going on Ann hike on Griffiths Park, a trip to the ocean a concert to the hotel cafe, dinner at Osteria Gucci and Caffe stella and an NBA game to the staple center (Crypto.com0 are definitely a must

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
So many people need recognition in my story I wouldn’t be the person I’m without the people that are around me

Alex Alessandroni for the unstoppable support and mentorship about life that it’s been solid for the past 10 years and it keeps going

And to all my clients/friends that inspire me everyday
