We had the good fortune of connecting with Giannè Nascimento and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Giannè, what’s the end goal, career-wise?
The end goal for me personally is to have a brand that represents not only my morals and values in the ways I move through life but to have a strong clientele base in following of people who also represent the morals and values that they live in life. Authenticity is important, tradition is important, respect is important, communication is important. my goal is to work is hard as I need to so that one day I won’t have to introduce myself my name will.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am a hairstylist working with my hands is my art.

Everyone has been forced into a new way of life. But one beauty in it all, is that we were all forced to slow down and reflect. Reflect on who we are, the way we live, and what truly matters to us.

I could speak for a lot of the industry when I say that being away from my salon… my clients… my sheers was a dark adjustment for me. I went on a spiritual spiral. Not being able to create is not being able to release, to share, to connect. Because hair isn’t just a job; it’s a passion; it’s a part of who I am. It’s about transforming people’s lives, their confidence and helping them stand taller.

Walking back into my salon after a year… I’ve set new intentions. To be more than a stylist, more than a business woman; but a kinder person, a better mentor and support for the generation that follows me. Through sharing who I am, my journey, I realize I can inspire others.

I look forward to the unknown and all that the future has in store. I reject fear and push myself to share my gift and spirit. Join me on the journey to a deeper spirit and more art. Help me turn this new reality into a kinder one.
