We had the good fortune of connecting with Gina Skye and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Gina, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
We all have had trauma to a certain degree that prevents us from living the life we deserve. This can cause fears, disempowering beliefs and feelings of not being good enough.
These identities limit us from having healthy relationships, confidence and stepping into our most powerful self. This would naturally ripple into the community and the world.
The more healing we experience, the more impact we can all make in our families, work place, communities and the world.
I provide powerful tools and techniques that dig deep and tap into the subconscious mind, body and soul to truly effect change. This allows my clients to rewire themselves for success in all major areas of life.
My passion is helping people live their best life and release what is holding them back through Mindset, Subconscious Mind work like Hypnotherapy & NLP, Breathwork, Sound Healing and Intuitive Energy Healing.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
In a period of six months, I lost my father while my mom went through chemo, got divorced, had a debilitating accident, left my career and then lost my mom to cancer.
Sometimes, the journey to higher peace and freedom starts at rock bottom. As fate would have it, my mission and calling came from my darkest times. After I lost both of my parents, went through a divorce, sustained traumatic physical injuries from an accident – all in 6 months – I was swept into a record low of lows. It was pitch black, lonely, and incredibly painful.
This huge space for pain also gifted me the tiny space for a new beginning – a chance to be gentle with my hurting self. In this tender process, I learned that we all heal in layers.
Healing is approaching our wounds in a conscious, consistent, and loving manner. It means confronting our pain through its roots: our childhood aches, our old trauma, our unfinished stories, and our present hurting. We pull out those old roots and give a space for new growth.
This very space is where Soundbath Haven and the Revitalize Healing Method™︎ was born.
I want your clients to restore themselves gently and heal in layers through a kind, holistic process. The Revitalize Healing Method taps your subconscious mind with the power of carefully selected and lovingly combined mindfulness practices from ancient therapeutic methods and modern wellness. Unchain your consciousness traps, restore your qi, and allow yourself to meet your most empowered self.
Through the years, my tiny safe space thrived and bloomed into something bigger than myself.
Soundbath Haven expands into a shared platform that welcomes EVERYONE – mothers, fathers, wives, husbands, brothers, sisters, employees, entrepreneurs, celebrities, brands, YOU and ME – who all share a journey to deep healing, inner peace, and healthy well-being.
My experience taught me to listen to the great power our mind, body, and soul and to trust the process. Because if pain can happen, so does the healing. When pain is healed, it turns to wisdom and strength. In the darkness of individual and collective grief, the resilience of inner healing will always shine through.
With years of transforming lives using tried-and-true experience, it is my soul mission to help amazing souls find true healing, confidence, and happiness in a life they truly deserve.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My mom has always been an impactful figure in my life. Her perseverance, strength, generosity & kindness that she exuded in life really molded me into the woman I am today.
She had the best one liners that landed with her sweet, fun spirit:
No complain.
Better better better.
No sad, no mad, just glad, stay like that.
Have faith.
She was known as Mama Sue and always said she had over 100 children. Everyone in the neighborhood and beyond thought of her as Mom. She would feed them, nurture them and love them when no one else was there. I know she impacted them with her wisdom and actions. I’m so proud to carry on that legacy.
