Meet Ian Evenstar: CEO, Founder, & Business Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Ian Evenstar and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ian, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
There was a point in my career where I could comfortably provide for myself and my family. Yet, I was unsettled. I wanted more. I truly desired to help as many people as possible doing what I love, design, and branding. I believed that starting an agency would allow me to accomplish this vision. Since then, I am so proud to see a strong company, which was once only a dream, providing for a team and supporting the mission of higher education.

What should our readers know about your business?
It’s another beautiful day. I am driven by a personal mission of creating work that inspires others and fulfills the soul. To this end, I am always learning, striving, and searching to find the solution within the process. Without compromise, I put the quality of the work ahead of personalities and proactively seek out opportunities to help others grow. The principles of purpose, autonomy, and mastery motivate me to realize my fullest potential.
As the founder of UNINCORPORATED, a branding agency in Los Angeles, I created the ideal agency. One that will outlive generations and provide prosperity for many. An agency that continues to put people first, strengthen community, and make the world a better place.
As I worked with a plethora of clients, I realized my desire, and new goal, to serve as a guide to others. I became a certified business coach under Donald Miller’s frameworks to help business owners, CEOs, and leadership teams grow their brands, launch products and services, and increase their company’s profitability.
I use my 25+ years of experience to build unforgettable brands and lifelong partnerships with the companies I represent by deploying my core disciplines: brand strategy, business strategy, design, content development, digital marketing, messaging and positioning, and creative advertising.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Three years ago, I started learning from the exceptional business coach, Donald Miller. I did not realize it at the time, but looking back, I realize the lessons from StoryBrand and Business Made Simple University helped me grow myself and my agency more than any other professional development initiative.
As I became a Business Made Simple certified coach, I realized my personal mission to find purpose through meaningful work. I developed the passion to create meaning in others’ lives.
