We had the good fortune of connecting with Insightful Babes and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Insightful Babes, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of Insightful Babes is to be a voice and share stories with all of the hustlers, dreamers, outsiders and visionaries out there. We embrace our culture, while being our true selves to help empower and inspire others who are not being themselves because of fear or traditional beliefs.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Our vision was always about being ourselves and creating a community where others could embrace being themselves. We genuinely care about our community, our listeners and special guests. Coming from hispanic traditional beliefs we still managed to take action on our idea and not let our fears or “el que diran” (opinions of others) get in the way of that dream. To this day we still can’t believe how much our community has grown and positively impacted others. We are beyond excited to see what the future holds for our community at Insightful Babes and the stories we have yet to share!
Consistency and staying true to our vision is what got us to where we are today with Insightful Babes. It was NOT easy, but totally worth it. We decided to stay focused on our vision and realized how many people we were impacting positively with the podcast so we didn’t want to give up. We have learned that community goes a long way, your vibe attracts your tribe. and that we can make a change by taking little steps every day. (keep going when times get hard.) We want the world to know that EVERY single story is important and that you have a purpose in your life. Insightful Babes was created by these two amigas Maria and Diana who’ve learned to embrace who they are while building and being a voice with their community.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We love the outdoors, so the beach is a must for us like Santa Monica and Venice! We love to eat as well and recommend the “Frida Mexican Cuisine”. Their tres leches cake is a must try!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
We are grateful with God for all the friendships that have allowed us to create Insightful Babes. For everyone who has been supporting us and have believed in our vision from the very beginning of our journey by sharing their stories with us.
