We had the good fortune of connecting with Jada Tradez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jada, what habits do you feel helped you succeed?
I like this question. Every day is a different experience for me, and I want to approach my day with an open mind. Not every day will be the same, but I find ways to keep it exciting and progressive. What makes me successful is my drive. I have a passion for creating and performing music. That means staying in the studio some days from 8 am to 8 am (Yeah, 24 hour days are no joke) or staying up late to write songs for other artists. I believe that’s why many people respect who I am. I am a straightforward, loving person with a talent that’s worth exploring. No lie. It’s cool to stay consistent and keep working, but don’t forget to have time for yourself—a moment to think and relax before making your next move. I have always believed that it’s essential to find balance in your life, eat healthy, work out, focus on your mental, and write things down to establish a plan. Outside of daily planning, I prefer to travel, which helps with my creative process. You find that going to places you’ve never been with dope people can inspire you. I remember flying overseas for the first time; I took that experience and wrote an entire song about it. There’s no difference between writing about somewhere you’ve visited from someone you’ve been with; it’s all an experience. Some people prefer to express it differently. Other habits I have matured into are introducing myself to new people and being comfortable performing. Being comfortable with introducing myself and performing has opened many doors for me. At times I am partly surprised by how far I’ve come. So I would have to say that being consistent with my music and maturing into a better artist continues to drive my success. Just like that!
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am a musical artist who creates and performs with high energy. My performances and musical preference stand out the most as people enjoy watching me perform. There’s nothing like being on stage and connecting with the crowd. I love dancing in my shows and always felt inspired by artists such as Missy Elliot, Chris Brown, Usher, and the Jackson family. My music catalog consists of a variety of genres. Being different is what keeps me original. I have a unique sound, so you will know when you hear Jada Tradez on a song. I prefer to step out of the box and write with the intent to capture the listener. As I continue to soar, I look to extend my pen game to some of the greatest artists in the world. I’ve learned how important it is to stay true to your art; I can’t be like the next person because I am made different. I feel like people appreciate you and your talent more when you make it from nothing to something, all while being different. I want the world to know Jada Tradez and grow to love me as a groundbreaking artist who is necessary in the music world. I am looking forward to the future: new music, new opportunities, and new investments. My project called 11/11 is available on all streaming platforms. Also, be on the lookout for new music collaborations and videos coming soon.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Haha. Well, if you are a best friend of mine, most likely you appreciate nature, love to travel, consider yourself adventurous, enjoy shopping, hold great conversations, and love to try new foods. We will check every single box off your wish list.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I have to give a shoutout first and foremost to GOD and my family; they continue to be who they should be in this world, authentic. Last but not least, my fans and the people who have shown support throughout my music career.
