We had the good fortune of connecting with Janet Yonaty and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Janet, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I am from Iran; however, I went to boarding school in England and I feel the years in boarding school made me who I am today.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I have a showroom that supplies fabric, trimmings, wallpaper, leather, lighting and furniture to high-end residential and hospitality projects. I am most proud of top designers sending me images and asking me to turn them into reality, which if I may say, I do with perfection. I am proud of their trust in me, I am very detail oriented and pay attention to workmanship, durability, and the most minute detail to ensure the best quality and beauty; Afterall my name is on the front. I have worked very hard to get to where I am today, it wasn’t easy, but I never gave up. You have to believe in yourself and in your dream. Hard work pays off. I like to share, and I care how I am perceived.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
As I do a lot of work in Las Vegas, I would take them there for a couple of days. I would stay at Encore; eat at Allegro @ Wynn; go to Delilah LA at night; enjoy the Encore Spa during the day; and see at least two shows at night. I would then drive to Los Angeles and continue to Santa Barbara, Pebble beach, and Carmel to enjoy the beautiful beaches and restaurants.

My Husband who has always believed in me and supported me in what I wanted to do.
