We had the good fortune of connecting with Jason Williams and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jason, we’d love to hear about a book that’s had an impact on you.
A book that I have read that changed my life was, “The Alchemist” by Paulo Coelho. This book made me look at life differently when it came to what you want out of life and how to manifest goals. Shift my perspective on what is truly important, saying and writing out what you want, and just take some form of action. Whether it happens or it doesn’t; it may come later in some other shape or form. Patience is the the key!
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
As a Wellbeing Coach, I use different modalities to help people reach their health and wellness goals. I think what is different about what I do is that its all about helping individual discover their own healthy habits that works for them, decrease stress, and learn more about how their body operates. What I am most proud of finding my purpose, which is to bring joy and leave a legacy to the world. Finding my purpose was easy but its evolves over time. Once you realize that you are allow to change and evolve for the greater good of yourself and others, it become easier. I want the world to know that life is full of ups and downs. It’s about how you handle those ups and downs that will determine your success. I will always continue to learn, write, and serve to help myself and others. The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate my success to my friends, clients, and class participants. I’ve been fortunate enough to have some amazing friends to class participants over the years who have been supportive and never give up on me. Some have become mentors, some I haven’t spoken to in a while but know their support is there. When you figure out your purpose in life and do that with grace and kindness, it attracts those same people into your life. I’m so thankful for all of them.
