We had the good fortune of connecting with Jazmine Bondurant and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Jazmine, what principle do you value most?
I think for me at least one thing that matters to me the most is being true to yourself . In all aspects . like when your’e at peace with who you are and how you feel about your self . Every thing else becomes so unimportant . youre able to accept good and bad things in a different regard and i feel like thats whats aids you to forward in life
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
So im a content creator on Youtube /Instagram . I share my story of overcoming insecurities , self love , being a teen mom , mental health and just being a woman overall . A lot of my stories to surround traumatic experiences that once i became an adult life my experiences were hitting me extremely fast . Im not where i wanna be but im definitely at a place of healing and being able to identify that i was in my own way a lot of those times has been rewarding . I’m different because i know that i’m really not different which is why people can relate to me . My story is truly no different than no other girls. i’m just choosing to tell mine .
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I honestly want to thanks my kids . im one of those people it takes me while for things to click . like im such a free spirit and optimist that i kind of played around with life a bit . But not to go to into detail about my story lol becoming a mom a second time really gave me that fire in my belly . they keep me grounded , sane , and a place of feeling like i belong somewhere , like someone needs me . like i mean something to someone .i feel like that’s a feeling we’re all searching for and to have that from your own is literally top tier
