We had the good fortune of connecting with Beryl Rosenblum and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Beryl, what matters most to you?
Probably tactful honesty and fairness. I think having those two principles can help anyone thrive in any endeavor, especially when it comes to working with others.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a composer and classical pianist who specializes in music for film and visual media. I’m passionate about equal representation in film scoring and the music/art world and promoting that any way I can.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I just moved to L.A. so I’m not sure.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My family, my piano teacher Tom Parente, and my graduate school mentor and teacher Kubilay Uner.
