We had the good fortune of connecting with Jc ( Kickzster ) and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi JC, Let’s talk about principles and values – what matters to you most?
Authenticity. When doing my content I always want to show my authenticity and show my true personality. I’ve tried to follow trends or try to do “aesthetically” videos that just didn’t resonate with me and those videos felt so forced. Sometimes I’ll have a video idea or content concept and will do it and it feels more true to me and fun. I want my content to be me, be JC, be Kickzster. I want my videos to be stuff I would wanna watch and stuff I enjoy, not something that is “viral”.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a up and coming content creator who spealizes in content within music festivals, concerts and incorporating travel more. I absolutely love and adore music festivals. My best memories are always at festivals. I love the choas of festivals, the fun, the excitement, the rush, everything. Even the “worse” or not so glamorous parts of it, like car camping at Coachella and having to wait an hour to shower and porta pottys for like 5 days lol.

I’ve always wanted to do content but was so shy and never wanted to put myself out there. I started Youtube when I was 16, but so much backlash and hate comments and my youngself couldnt do it. Now I’m like boy it was never that serious. Wether you win or lose, people always going to have something to say. And I wanna shoutout all those who doubt me or have doubted me, because JC bout to take over 2025.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
San Diego would be one of my top places to go in Socal. I think it holds a special place in my heart, I love the beach. My itinerary would be Brunch in Downtown either at El Chingon or Mr.Tempo. Chilling on the beach, maybe a little sunset cocktail cruise. And then go full feral at gaslamp haha. I’ve had great times in Gaslamp.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
When I think of who JC is, who is Kickzster, I think to my biggest ideals and inspirations. I will always give a shoutout to JT (@TheGirlJT ) because she is the most sweetest person ever, inspiring, hard worker and just that girl! Like I can’t explain the confidence she gives me, and to be my authentic self. I love her and I wish I could thank her a million times because all the times I’ve felt down she has lifted my spirits and just reminded who I am. I also want to shoutout Tiffany Pollard, I was literally like 8 years old and I grew up on Flavor of Love and I Love New York. I always gravitated towards her because she just says whats on her mind. Literally, she reminds me I’m The HBIC!
