We had the good fortune of connecting with Jeff W and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jeff, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
“If you want something, go get it. Period” is the quote that comes to mind, and It just happened to come from my favorite actor as well, Will Smith. This is a quote that I think about and implement daily, it’s become a mindset. No matter how big the dream, what industry, or how nice you are, there will most likely be obstacles in your road to success, or people casting doubt on your decisions, and this quote can remind you to keep pushing through and achieve those goals. Its done that for me. Whether it was quitting my jobs in Indiana and moving to LA with nothing secured, or becoming a luxury real estate agent while already having a pretty successful career in film (so far), I’ve use this quote, to guide my decision and follow my dreams!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As a dual-career agent, balancing a successful career in film marketing and real estate, what sets me apart is my passion for both industries and the people I serve. Storytelling is at the heart of everything I do—whether it’s crafting compelling narratives in film or helping clients find the perfect home.

Right now, I have some exciting opportunities on the horizon in both real estate and film. On the real estate side, I’m thrilled about a new listing in Culver City, and there’s much more to come.

Getting to where I am today hasn’t been easy, but it’s absolutely achievable for anyone willing to put in the work. Success, for me, has come through faith, connections, and a little bit of luck. Many of the opportunities I’ve had came not just from what I know but from who knows me.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about my brand and my journey, it’s this: I create my own opportunities—and now, I want to help others do the same.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my friends are coming to LA for the first time and we have a week, the itinerary would be a mix of tourist spots and local favorites. We’d spend a day or two in full tourist mode, driving down Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Strip, and Rodeo Drive, and hiking Runyon Canyon for great city views. Since most of my friends are into sports, I’d plan to catch a LAFC game or head to a sports bar like The Cosm (COSM) to watch. And most importantly, we’d visit my favorite place in LA—Hermosa Pier!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are so many people that have helped me throughout my life. I’ve been blessed to have met, learned from, worked with, some amazing people but the first two people come to mind are my parents. They showed me the power of visuall manifestations from a young age, as we would alway visit open houses that were of home way bigger than ours. We always wondered, how could people afford this?! .. then eventually my parents built their own house the same size. I use visual manifestations in every big goal I have, and I attack them without doubt because I’ve seen it been done.
