We had the good fortune of connecting with Jermaine Scott and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jermaine, how do you think about risk?
Risk Taking Has Played A Major part in my life actually me being here in LA was the largest risk I took only knowing one person and moving across the country to chase my dream Working in West Hollywood At The Rich Barber 💈

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I started my barber career at Boro Barber Academy. in 2012 in Murfreesboro,Tn Small city about 34miles West Of Nashville I’m definitely Proud of myself and how far I’ve came & and the accomplishments I have made so far, this transition definitely hasn’t been easy but I’m grateful for every sec of it, but it’s apart of the process everyone wants to grow but nobody wants to go thru The growing pains, Success Comes with Handwork, Dedication & Consistency.

Whatever you Put your mind to you can achieve it, Most say The Sky is the limit but Im Reaching Beyond The Sky!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I love eating in Koreatown at Tobang or Escala, For good Chicken Wings I would hit Joeys Dtla, For Breakfast We would hit The Breakfast Club La
I like smoking hookah at Salam Hookah Lounge or Blue Moon Hookah
And for night life we would hit my people The Social Collective.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Huge shoutout to my parents they have been my biggest supporters along this Journey So I’m very thankful for them with all the love encouragement & motivation.
