We had the good fortune of connecting with Top Agent Magazine’s Publisher, Jessica Fisher and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Jessica, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor behind the success of Top Agent Magazine is my team. We all work together seamlessly, and many of my team members have been with the company since the early days. We understand and respect one another, and we all have the same goal of providing excellent service and support to our clients.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Top Agent Magazine is a premier publication, showcasing the world’s leading real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and real estate attorneys. At the core of Top Agent Magazine is a motivation to empower readers, providing inspiration through the stories of real estate’s most prominent leaders. Featuring only those who excel in the field, Top Agent Magazine has become a trusted source for professionals seeking insights into the achievements of real estate’s best.

One of the best parts about my work is getting to know our clients and their paths to success. We have interviewed and featured newer real estate professionals who have already accomplished great things out of the gate, and it’s been so rewarding to watch them continue to flourish and grow their brands. I’ve formed lasting connections with countless industry leaders. Many of the agents & lenders we featured early on have continued to dominate the market and have been kind, supportive, and helpful to Top Agent Magazine.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Some ideas are to take them to a live taping of something that was filming, either a TV show, the Tonight Show, America’s Got Talent, etc. They could also go to the top tourist spots like Universal Studios, the Getty, the Walk of Fame, the Chinese Theater, and see a concert at the Hollywood Bowl or the Greek Theater. The Santa Monica Pier and 3rd St. are must-sees as well. They could take a drive to Malibu and eat on the beach at Moonshadows, Geoffrey’s, or Paradise Cove. Depending on the time of year, they could check out a Clippers/Lakers or Dodgers game. Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, and Reg Bev Will. Some of the old-time restaurants such as Musso & Frank, Dan Tana’s, Polo Lounge, The Apple Pan, Langers or Brent’s Deli would be fun. A friend of mine opened up The Mulholland, and it has become an instant hit in the area.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
When I first started Top Agent Magazine, my main area of focus was real estate agents in Los Angeles. I made many remarkable connections with top producers who built highly successful businesses that are still thriving today. They helped me implement strategies to make my work more efficient and productive, and provided me with endless inspiration.
