We had the good fortune of connecting with Juliana Novelo and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Juliana, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
I believe that if you are following your passion and this is truly what you want to do you should never give up. There will always be ups and downs, gains and losses in whatever you do. If you believe in what you are doing, things will always work out.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I am currently still employed full-time. I work in the Roofing Supply Industry. It’s not a fulfilling job but it keeps my head above water. It is my dream to get to the point where I no longer have to do both. I am a single mother as well so it take a lot of sacrifices to get everything done. My brand is all about wellness, healing and living your true purpose. That’s what I am doing. My story is my purpose and I’m here to inspire others so they can do the same, so they can live life to their full potential.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would spend most of the time at the beach. Anytime I have friends or family visiting from out of town that’s where they want to go. I would take the also to my fave grounding spot Minds Eye2 in Norwalk where I buy most of my healing crystals and sage. As far as eating one to my favorite spots is Chomps in Downtown Fullerton, CA. They have a nice selection of Sushi and American Food. While in Downtown Fullerton there are a bunch.of other bars and nice shops to check out as well.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely, I would like to thank the Asaro sisters Jen and Tabitha have been a guiding light throughout my process of truly believing I could start my own business. Jen Asaro is a true inspiration to me, she also has her own business Face it Sugar. Seeing her hard work and perseverance has given me the push I need to keep going. She has also been a huge help to me helping me gain a social media audience and with ideas for my business.
