Meet Kasia Sasinowska | Photographer and Creative Producer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kasia Sasinowska and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kasia, how do you think about risk?
Risk has always played an important role in my life, and it’s something I’ve never shied away from. I took a risk when I decided to leave the traditional education system in Poland and go to an IB school. I took a risk when I applied to universities in the USA. I took a risk when I packed up my life and moved to Australia, then Boston, then Munich, and finally NYC. I took a risk when I quit an unsatisfying job and decided to go freelance.
Looking back, every time I took a risk, it led to something meaningful. As cheesy as it may sound, I truly believe that “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone.” For me, taking risks has always been about growth, exploration, and finding new opportunities.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am a creative producer and photographer. As a producer, I spearhead and manage the entire lifecycle of creative projects, from scheduling, scoping, and budget estimations to project execution and final asset delivery. As a photographer, I plan and execute fashion, beauty, and editorial shoots, working closely with clients to create compelling visuals that help them achieve their goals.
I’m particularly proud of the quality of work I deliver and the connections I’ve forged with my clients and colleagues. These relationships not only fuel my creativity but also enable me to understand and meet the unique needs of each project. Getting to where I am today wasn’t always easy. There were challenges, hiccups, and moments when I doubted myself, but I overcame them by trusting my gut, staying committed to my long-term goals, and continuously nurturing the relationships that support my growth. Through these experiences, I’ve learned the importance of resilience, adaptability, and the power of collaboration.
What I want people to know about my brand is that I am confident in my skills and reliable in my execution. If someone aligns with my creative vision and sense of aesthetics, we can have a great collaboration and create something truly exceptional together.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely! I owe a significant part of my success to the incredible mentorship and support I received during my time at &Walsh, a woman-owned and led creative agency. I had the privilege of working under the guidance of some truly remarkable female leaders—Jessica Walsh, the creative director; Lauren Walsh, the head of strategy and new business; and Luciana Almeida, the executive producer. These women were not only role models but also powerful sources of inspiration.
Jessica, Lauren, and Luciana taught me invaluable lessons about leadership, communication, creativity, and resilience. Their dedication and expertise showed me what it takes to excel in a competitive industry and gave me the confidence to pursue my own entrepreneurial journey. I’m incredibly grateful for their influence on my career, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without their support and guidance.
