We had the good fortune of connecting with Kastin Lewis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kastin, what is the most important factor behind your success?
The most important factor of success is FAITH. Believing in yourself and not giving up is a huge advantage to succeeding in life. There’s at times where things do get hard but always remember to have fun and do what you love to do. As long as you have full faith in yourself nothing and nobody can stand in your way.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My business BodyKCare keeps me busy professionally and motivated. I began an interest in making body care products back in 2019. All of my products are all natural and handmade. I make whipped body butters, scrubs, oils, and serums. I also attend pop-up shops to sell my products and showcase them all throughout Los Angeles. It wasn’t easy at first because I needed to learn the basics of making the products and knowing what is healthy for the skin. Some challenges that I have faced is knowing that there’s other businesses that also sell body care products like myself. I’ve learned that even though there’s going to be someone doing the exact same thing as you that doesn’t mean to stop doing what you love. It means to keep going no matter what. Keep having faith in yourself.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Some interesting and fun places that I enjoy in California is Six Flags, Knotts Berry Farm, Joey’s DTLA I really enjoy their Peach Bellini‘s. If you’re going to see a movie I would recommend seeing a 4DX movie. You can find anything to do in Los Angeles. Especially going to the beach.
