We had the good fortune of connecting with Kenny Sara and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kenny, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
I wanted my music to be the source of empowerment to all people. You will be able to give that power to someone else with your voice and positive actions.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I find that over a period of 51 years in the entertainment business, I am able to learn from everyone. I’m can see how that has allowed me to be creative and open to new ideas. I was born and raised in New Orleans, where we were always surrounded by some form of art .. This process I deemed now I call creativity training for the future. Nothing good comes easy as the saying goes, however how bad do you want it? I’m always happy to mentor and pass on my experiences to the younger generations. I’m not just passing along legacy, but also life lessons as well. What I want to leave behind a legacy. I want to know I  have laid the ground work for the next 100 years and beyond.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Hollywood, China town. concerts art museums.
