Meet Kristina Teskera

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kristina Teskera and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kristina, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
What I do is so much more than giving people back time and space. When I come into someone’s home — whether it’s organizing, decluttering, packing, or unpacking after a move — it gets personal really fast. You’re trusting me with your things, your memories, and the parts of your life that feel overwhelming. Because of that, I naturally build real relationships with my clients.
This work is a lot. Packing up a home, letting go of items, starting fresh in a new space — it takes energy, patience, and emotional support. I don’t just “put things in boxes.” I help people make decisions, let go of what no longer serves them, and create a calmer, more functional home on the other side.
It’s therapeutic. People often don’t realize how heavy their space feels until we lighten it together.
**And the social impact?**
My business gives back in multiple ways. Items that clients no longer need go to local shelters, families in need, donation centers, and community programs — so nothing goes to waste. And when someone’s home becomes peaceful and manageable again, it improves their stress levels, relationships, and overall well-being.
So yes, it’s organizing, packing, unpacking, and coordinating moves — but it’s also emotional support, real connection, and making life easier for people while giving back to the community at the same time.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business is a combination of luxury home organizing, move-in unpacking, packing for relocations, and full concierge-style support for busy professionals, families, and high-end clients in Los Angeles. What sets me apart is how personal and relationship-based my work is. I don’t just come in, organize, and leave — I connect with people on a deeper level. When someone lets you into their home, their closets, their drawers, their memories… that’s a huge responsibility, and I take that seriously.
I help people let go of things emotionally, not just physically. For many clients, the process is therapeutic — it’s about releasing old energy, making room for new beginnings, and creating a space that truly supports their lifestyle. Whether I’m organizing a master closet, unpacking after a stressful move, or resetting an entire home, I’m bringing calm, structure, and a sense of control back into someone’s life.
What I’m most proud of is that I built all of this from absolutely nothing. Since moving to the U.S. 10 years ago, I’ve built a remarkable network and have had the pleasure of working with everyone — from VIP clients in luxury homes to the next-door neighbors who just need some help getting their space together. I’m genuinely grateful for every single one of them. And I truly believe that people trust me because I’m real. I don’t care if someone is a celebrity or a family next door — I treat everyone with the same respect, warmth, dedication, and discretion.
It wasn’t an easy journey. Growing fast, figuring things out alone, wearing all the hats — it was overwhelming. There were moments I questioned if I could keep going. But I stayed focused on my purpose: building stability, creating freedom, and helping people feel better in their homes. Every job, every referral, every repeat client reminded me that I’m on the right path.
**The biggest lessons I’ve learned:**
– Show up consistently — even when no one is watching.
– Treat every home like it’s your own.
– Energy matters — people feel it instantly.
– You can build a luxury brand from nothing if the service FEELS luxury.
– And most importantly: stay authentic. People connect with realness.
What I want the world to know about my brand is that it’s built on **trust, heart, honesty, and hard work**. It’s not just about organizing — it’s about helping people breathe again. It’s giving them time, clarity, and confidence. It’s supporting them through moves, transitions, chaos, new chapters, and fresh starts.
My story is simple: I took something I was naturally good at, added passion, courage, and consistency, and built a business that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. And I’m just getting started.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend were visiting L.A. for a whole week, I would make sure they experience the *real* Los Angeles — the mix of luxury, nature, relaxation, and a little bit of that “only in L.A.” energy. I love showing people the places that feel special, not just the tourist spots.
Day 1 – Malibu Reset
We’d start in **Malibu** to shake off life and relax. Breakfast at **Malibu Farm** on the pier — ocean view, fresh food, perfect vibe. Then a walk on **El Matador Beach**, which always feels like a movie scene. Sunset and Suhi at **Nobu Malibu, or drinks at Moonshadows**.
Day 2 – Beverly Hills + Rodeo Drive**
A full Beverly Hills day. Coffee at Alfredo Coffee, strolling Rodeo, taking pictures, and people-watching. Lunch at **Il Pastaio**. Then I’d show them the quiet, hidden streets with the gorgeous homes — the kind only locals know to drive through. Dinner, uhhh i would have to pick my favorites and my friend would make the choice.. too many good and nice places…
Day 3 – Santa Monica & Venice
We’d bike from Santa Monica to Venice, stop at **Gjusta** for pastries, walk Abbot Kinney, hit the beach, and maybe grab drinks at The Bungalow in Santa Monica. It’s fun, laid back, and very California.
Day 4 – Downtown LA Culture Day**
A little culture never hurts. The **Broad Museum**, the **Arts District**, cute cafes, murals, and cocktails at **Library Bar** or **Perch** with that skyline view. Dinner at **Bottega Louie** — loud, beautiful, and full of life.
Day 5 – Universal Studios or Disneyland Day**
If they love theme parks, we’re doing one full “no responsibilities” day. Universal for the fun, Disneyland for the nostalgia. Popcorn, laughs, no stress — the perfect break from adult life.
Day 6 – Nature & Luxury Combo**
Morning hike at **Runyon Canyon** or **Griffith Observatory**. Then straight into luxury: a spa day at **Burke Williams** or the **Peninsula Spa**. Dinner at **Mastro’s Ocean Club** in Malibu for the perfect night.
Day 7 – Local Vibes & My Favorites**
The last day would be all the cozy spots I personally love.
– Farmer’s market breakfast
– Window shopping in Manhattan Beach
– Favorite local taco spot
– A quiet beach evening, or a final party at my home with friends, music, and good drinks.
We’d end the week with laughter and talking about the trip — because that’s always the best part.
What I love about L.A. is that you can have luxury one minute, nature the next, and then a cozy neighborhood vibe after that. The city has everything — and everyone can find their happiness here.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Absolutely — I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support and encouragement of a few key people. First, I want to give a huge shoutout to my partner, Rafael. He’s been the backbone of my journey — motivating me, constantly reminding me that we’re building something bigger together. Between his work with Turning Screws Furniture Assembly & Local Moves and my organizing and concierge services, we’ve created a team that truly supports each other.
I also want to recognize my clients, especially the ones who trusted me in the very beginning when I was starting from zero. They invited me into their homes, their lives, and their personal spaces, and that trust helped me grow not only as a business owner but as a person.
And then, there’s Glenda — my sister from another mother, with the energy and power of a true superwoman. She has been there for every journey, every up and down, every new chapter. She supports me, grounds me, lifts me, and reminds me that I’m stronger than I think. I honestly hope everyone has a “Glenda” in their life, because that kind of love and friendship is rare.
And honestly, the challenges deserve some credit too. Every difficult moment pushed me to reinvent myself, work harder, and stay focused on the life I want to create — stability, freedom, and a beautiful future with Rafael.
So my shoutout goes to the people who lifted me up, believed in my potential, and gave me the courage to keep going.
I’m grateful for every single one of them.
