We had the good fortune of connecting with Len May and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Len, as a parent, what have you done for you children that you feel has had the most significant impact?
The most important thing I’ve done with my daughter is creating a safe space for honesty. That’s our main rule—lying is the only thing that gets her in trouble. As long as she’s honest, we can discuss anything, even the difficult topics that make me cringe inside. This has allowed us to have open communication, and she knows I’m here to listen, not judge.

What should our readers know about your business?
I am the CEO of EndoDNA, a company dedicated to empowering healthcare professionals by using patented DNA technology to guide personalized treatment recommendations. Our mission is to improve lives by helping patients avoid adverse drug events and facilitating a collaborative doctor-patient environment. Business has been challenging, especially with our initial focus on the endocannabinoid system, which led to shadow bans and banking issues. However, perseverance and patience helped us pivot. Today, we offer expanded services in women’s hormone health by introducing the Menopause BioType test we developed with the world-renowned female sexual health expert, Dr. Jennifer Berman, men’s hormone health, personalized nutrients, and vitamins using nutrigenomics, skin, mental health, and even canine health, with a goal of global impact in personalized wellness.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My Shoutout goes to so many incredible people—my parents, girlfriend, business associates, investors, partners, and even mentors like Sir Richard Branson, Howard Stern, and Viktor Frankl, though we’ve never met. However, the person who deserves the biggest recognition is my daughter, Sasha. She inspires me daily and gives me purpose in everything I do. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has made a contribution to my journey and left a mark on my success. Thank you all for the love, mentorship, and encouragement!
