Meet Lina Outler | CEO of Wealth Prosper Growth Productions Writer, director, producer and actress

We had the good fortune of connecting with Lina Outler and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lina, what do you attribute your success to?
I always had a love and flair for entertainment. I always loved to watch movies and TV and admired all the beautiful people I saw. From my earliest memories, I was drawn into the entertainment industry. My little sister and I would pretend we were famous and act like celebrities. I often thought I could make it as a singer or a dancer, so my mission was to show the world and those around me that I could be a superstar. I would gather my friends and sister to enter into talent shows. I would produce the show; create songs, dance routines, hairstyles, and our wardrobes. I had no clue at the time that I had a knack for performing. I only knew that it made me feel good to perform in front of an audience.
I’m from the tiny town of Harrisburg, PA. I never thought that I could be a professional in the entertainment world. I married at an early age and became a mother at the age of fifteen.
My dreams began to take shape after I moved to California. The two years in Hollywood, opened my eyes to the entertainment profession. The experiences infused the drive of my God-given gifts to write, produce, direct, and act.
Back in Harrisburg, I put my talents to good use and developed a stage play “All In The Eyes Of The Beholder” which was a smash hit. And I moved forward, with the production of my first feature film “Christmas The Wright Way.”

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
There has been nothing in my life that had been given to me or more importantly, gone smoothly.
Let’s start with breaking into the entertainment business and getting others to take me seriously I have always seen myself as a superstar. I think it started in my pre-K class when yellow stars were given out to students who did well in class.
I’ve always felt that as a woman of color, I have had to prove myself and break out of the proverbial box constructed by society. I’ve proved to my peers, from day one, that I am gifted and talented. And I have what it takes to get to where I want to be. I have been determined my whole life to fight against the nay-sayers. I have had so many people dismiss my value but I’ve never allowed it to stop me from getting what I want and need in life to make it where I’m trying to go.
My biggest strength is my perseverance and prayer. My relationship with Jesus Christ is what keeps me grounded and on a firm foundation. The greatest truth in my life is knowing that the Lord has a great plan for my life. Whatever successes I achieve in life, God will receive the glory.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
So, I’m a super chill person so I would do laid back but entertaining things. I would catch a comedy show at “The laugh factory on sunset” In the mornings we would go for a nice hike at Runyon Canyon Park. For a bite to eat with a view we would go to “The Cheesecake Factory” in Marina Delrey. I then would need to return home to take a power nap, because those things really work. Afterwords I would head to Steak Blvd on Ventura Blvd for good tunes and great food.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Yes, Jesus Christ, without my faith in God I would be nothing. My Husband, Children and parents have been a driving part of me striving for success and to prove that I can do all things though Christ who strengthens me. And lastly all those who doubted my favor and my purpose. I appreciate you all, naysayers have a purpose in this life. And that purpose is to propell greatness in others.
