We had the good fortune of connecting with Linda Minuti and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Linda, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Our business began from a personal desire to create a natural, nourishing face cream to repair years of sun damage. As I was deep into the research and formulation process, my daughter began struggling with painful cystic acne due to sports and frequent workouts. Watching her go through that discomfort made me even more determined to find a solution. I shifted my focus to developing a product that would truly support and heal the skin – without harsh ingredients that dry it out or cause further irritation. What started as a personal skincare journey became a passion project, and eventually a business rooted in creating gentle, effective solutions that work with the skin, not against it.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
With over 25 years of experience as a dental hygienist, Ive dedicated my career to helping people feel confident in their smilies and overall health. Restoring confidence and supporting others in feeling better about themselves has always been a deep passion of mine. That same passion inspired the next chapter of our journey- formulating a natural, hydrating acne moisturizer that helps both teens and adults feel renewed in their skin.
What began as a solution for my own children, developed through countless hours of research, has grown into a small business built from the ground up- literally starting in my kitchen. As a single mom of 16 years, Ive always wanted to create something meaningful and lasting for my children, something that could help them and others in their lives. Watching them not only support but also actively contribute to the growth of the business has been incredibly rewarding.
Though the road hasn’t always been easy, Ive learned that consistency, hard work and staying focused through challenges are what keeps us moving forward. Seeing our products ship across the country and knowing they’re helping others feel good in their own skin is the most fulfilling reward of all.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
During the week, we’d kick things off with a scenic hike through some of our favorite trails in Mt. Baldy, followed by a visit to our quaint Mt. Baldy lodge for lunch and a quick match of volleyball at their sand courts. It’s a little restaurant thats always a classic to go to when visiting – a must try!
Other days would be perfect for a costal drive, starting in Huntington Beach and cruising down to El Segundo. We’d stop at each beach to admire the town, views and unique charm of each beach town!
We like to keep the pace relaxed with plenty of downtime for catching up, maybe mixing in some local farmers markets and shops.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
A special shoutout to my three incredible kids- Jaylin, Eric and Madison (JEM)- who are the heart of this business and help keep everything running smoothly every single day. Whether it’s lending a hand with labeling, packing orders, creating social media posts, sharing ideas or helping sell our product at the huntington beach artisan fair, this journey wouldn’t be possible without them!
