Hi Liz, what do you attribute your success to?
The passion and love for what I do. The hustle, work ethic, effort, creativity, drive, and dedication will never fall short of 1000 percent. The knowledge and experience in fashion allows me to create fabulous and fun show-stopping trendy pieces that my customer can feel comfortable, confident, and beautiful while wearing. One on one service is without a doubt an integral part of roadie coutures success. Making everyone feel important and understanding their needs and wants so when they open their closet door they can’t wait to wear their roadie couture creation

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
What sets roadie couture apart from the rest is that 75%of our business is being on the road and catering to customers individually. We bring the fashion to them. Everyone is a VIP. Part of the fun of the business is networking and getting to know one another as this is how the world works these days. Networking is key to having a successful business and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our clientele trust we will do right by them. We are not order takers and rather lose a sale if a design style doesn’t fit our customers look. We want people to feel confident and feel good as they dress. The underlying motivation for creating awesome fashion pieces is 2 reasons. One reason is giving our customers a fashion piece that is timeless and forever in their wardrobe. The other reason is when they buy a one of a kind from me, It will never be duplicated. Designing and creating a piece that reflects one’s personality has always been a special talent of mine. I love what I do. It’s my passion. Every single item has my 1000 percent attention.
Is it hard to have a customer service driven business? It absolutely is! As our business keeps growing so is our clientele but I wouldn’t change the way we conduct our personal sales. We do not go to bed at night until all questions, ideas, and sales are answered. Such a fast paced world and this is what our women like and need, fashion brought to them. My zen is their gain.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
My Husband, parents, children, family and friends are my backbone. Without their love, encouragement, patience and support from this all star team, I couldn’t have done on my own. My biggest cheerleaders understanding my passion to create was absolutely the key ingredient needed to let me loose and conquer.
