Hi Mayra, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
When I decided to start my own eyelash extension business, my thought process was driven by a few key factors:

Firstly, I had a genuine passion for beauty and aesthetics, particularly in enhancing natural beauty through eyelash extensions. This passion made me eager to turn what I loved into a career.

Secondly, I saw a growing demand for high-quality, personalized beauty services. I realized that many clients were looking for a more tailored and professional experience, which I believed I could provide.

Additionally, I wanted the freedom and flexibility that comes with owning my own business. I desired to create an environment that reflected my standards and values, focusing on excellent customer service and meticulous attention to detail.

Lastly, I was inspired by the opportunity to empower others by helping them feel confident and beautiful. Knowing I could make a positive impact on someone’s day was a significant motivator for me.

In summary, my thought process was a blend of passion, market opportunity, the desire for independence, and a commitment to enhancing the lives of my clients.

My business specializes in providing high-quality eyelash extensions, focusing on enhancing natural beauty with meticulous attention to detail and personalized care.
What truly sets my business apart is our commitment to excellence and customization. Each client receives a personalized consultation to determine the best style, length, and volume of lashes that suit their individual features and preferences. We use only the highest quality products and stay updated with the latest techniques to ensure the health and safety of our clients’ natural lashes.
One of the things I am most proud of is the trust and loyalty of my clients. Seeing them return and refer their friends and family is incredibly rewarding. I’m also excited about the growing recognition of our brand and the positive feedback we consistently receive. It’s a testament to the hard work and dedication that goes into every appointment.
I faced numerous challenges, such as building a client base from scratch, managing finances, and continuously improving my skills. I overcame these obstacles by staying focused on my goals, seeking advice from mentors, and continuously educating myself about the latest trends and business practices. Patience and perseverance were key, as was maintaining a positive attitude and a willingness to adapt and grow.
