Hi Monique, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My journey towards a healthier lifestyle sparked a new passion within me – to empower others to do the same through my own business. I vividly remember walking into a nutrition store and feeling overwhelmed by the list of ingredients in each product. In that moment, I knew I wanted to create something better, something that would make a positive impact on people’s lives. My business is dedicated to providing clean, American-made products that people can trust and feel good about using on their fitness journey.

What should our readers know about your business?
Starting a new business is a challenging journey, but the rewards are well worth it. As a busy mom and women-owned business, I pour my heart and soul into every project, determined to make a name for myself and inspire my daughter to chase her dreams, no matter the obstacles.

I felt like a contestant on a reality TV show, questioning if I should stay or go. But our products? They’re the real prize, made with grade-A ingredients that give us a competitive edge.

The most important lesson I have learned is to have patience and trust in the process. Establish clear goals, both short-term and long-term, and continue to work towards self-improvement. Be open to feedback and use it as a tool for growth.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
