Hi Norma, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
In the journey of building and growing my business, I have learned that persistence is one of the most crucial factors for success. The entrepreneurial landscape is filled with challenges, uncertainties, and unexpected obstacles, and it is through persistence that I navigate these hurdles and continue to move forward.

Success in business is rarely instantaneous. It requires dedication and a long-term vision. Persistence keeps me focused on my goals, even when progress seems slow. My name is Norma Rodriguez, and I was diagnosed with cancer when I was 5 years old. I was also diagnosed with a heart condition 5 years ago AND If I can do it, so can you. God is good.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I would definitely take her to In-N-Out and to the movies on the first date, Studio Movie Grill in Simi Valley. Runyon Canyon for a nice hike and a great view, Universal Studios or Disneyland. A comedy club… maybe the laugh factory in Hollywood or a rooftop bar. We will have a great time exploring LA together!

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
To my wonderful husband, you are my anchor and my inspiration. Your unwavering support and belief in my dreams have given me the strength to pursue my passions.
