We had the good fortune of connecting with Paolo Martinoglio and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Paolo, what inspires you?
I’m inspired by good people doing excellent work— much like the brands I work for. My clients are constantly inspiring me to think outside the box, to do better and strive for something greater than myself. I am inspired working for Brands that I believe can make a difference in this world and they align with my personal values. I try to be selective with the brands I work with and support those who go far beyond delivering a product of service to clients but rather they are environmentally conscious, give back to the community or merely bring joys to one’s life by either great products or delicious food. I love things that are built with passion, care, and attention to detail; I like promoting craftsmanship and design as a form of art because I believe that in today’s saturated digital ecosystem simply getting louder will not bring brands more attention from their customers. Brands need to be strategic, authentic, experiential, and conscious of what’s happening in the world today.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
As we all know, recent global events are impacting how consumers are purchasing and businesses are going to become more reliant than ever on their digital strategy. I am proud to say that our clients across industries have seen on average their sales increased by 180% and average 4.7x ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) in the last 6 month period. We implement digital ad strategies using targeting techniques to acquire (or reacquire) the perfect customers for your brand, constantly refining creative and copy variants to invigorate ads and optimize ROI.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Los Angeles has so much to offer that a weekend would definitely not be enough time to explore it. I live in Venice Beach, right off Abbot Kinney Blvd. which (fun fact) was named “The Coolest Block in America.” by GQ Magazine. Venice has some of the best bars, restaurants, including my favorite one Via Veneto on Main street, a truly authentic Italian fine dining experience. As much as I love the city, I also love exploring national parks on my motorcycle and go camping with friends in the wild.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I am deeply grateful for all the people I have been working with for putting their trust in me and giving me the opportunity of learning through experience. My clients are truly a great inspiration for me, I got the chance to work with some successful entrepreneurs that inspired me building my own success and these lessons also have a purpose in my personal life to help me achieve growth and happiness.
