Meet Quinn Holmes | Actor, Model, and Content Creator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Quinn Holmes and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Quinn, what’s something about your industry that outsiders are probably unaware of?
outsiders are probably unaware of the hustle that the industry takes. People talk about it quite often, but no one actually gives individuals credits when they succeed. The industries I’m involved in often have no set path, so that means you constantly have to be on top of everything to have any chance of mainstream success.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
as a diversified artist, many of my different areas draw inspiration from each other quite often. in acting, I got to where I am today through lots of training, lots of research, lots of self-help books. It was not easy at all, growing up. I was very un confrontational, and the thing about acting is that it scares me and forces me to confront my fears and deal with my emotions and all the things I repressed throughout my entire childhood and in my entire life. acting literally is the one thing that scares me the most and that’s why I fell in love with them when I first did it. I overcame challenges by deciding I think anything in life is honestly just a result of how bad you want it and you could do anything you want in this world you just just depends on how much work you’re willing to put in. In Content Creation, I often I recently switched to more art based rather than more commercial because I realize that rather than creating stuff that I think everyone else wants, I need to show my own personal point of view to actually build a loyal audience. I’ve been modeling for years, but it took a lot to build up the courage and confidence. A lot of training a lot of self discovery. I want the world that you’re not alone and you can do anything you want. I want people to stop limiting their beliefs based on other opinions that are irrelevant.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
if a friend was visiting me in Los Angeles, California, I would take them to El Matador Beach in Malibu or Point Dume. I often like to have sunset picnics there during the summer and play volleyball with friends. I also have a huge fan of Griffith Park just laying out on a blanket and reading and enjoying the sunlight. if they were visiting for a whole week, I would bring them to Bacari on third for dinner, Jones on third for lunch, and if I wanted some drinks, I’d go to this little wine bar on Melanie. I often freak with these places. Another thing I like to do is just go around Los Angeles and play tennis at all the tennis courts that are most beautiful places ever, I had to go to West Hollywood pool some time that would lapse with some friends.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I shout out, probably would go to the YouTuber, Emma Chamberlain. Growing up watching her she allowed me to come up with ideologies that my dreams were completely possible. I’m from not many people will ever leave or ever have the courage to leave my hometown and pursue their passions. however, watching her growing up, allow me to see that there was more to the world than my surroundings that I can view with my own eyes. Her poetic words, she often talks about on her podcast or through her videos, allow me to build up confidence in realize that I can do whatever I want and anything that I set my mind to.
