We had the good fortune of connecting with Rhonda Jane and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rhonda, where are you from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
Hailing from Buffalo, New York, please allow for me to formally re-introduce myself to the world, my name is Rhonda Jane, The Stoner Formerly Known As Lowe. My hometown of Buffalo, New York is where my creative edge was instilled- my quirky fashion sense, my hometown pride, my love for the Bills, the Sabres & Aunt Rosie’s Loganberry. It was also my hometown in college at the University at Buffalo where I knew I had learned of my love for cannabis. Fast-forward to December 2020, I am on track to becoming a household name in cannabis by way of my Rhonda Jane cannaempire!

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
BuffaLowe PR, LLC is the marketing firm that houses the following cannabis brands: Rhonda Jane, Half Baked Boys, Dope Mom Collective, Higher Vibration Remedies Co., Highest Goddess LA, Herbe Noire Media & Good Ol’ Dank. ShopRhondaJane.com is where you can find one of a kind 420 chic mystic apparel & merchandise hand-crafted & designed by me, or sourced personally by me. There’s a section for the men, Half Baked Boys is the name of the collection. Dope Mom Collective is my blog that was created with the idea in mind to be a safe space for cannamoms to talk & share about their experiences with cannabis and motherhood! Herbe Noire Media is the number one trusted news source for highlighting Black Women in Cannabis. 420 Natural Nail Care by way of Highest Goddess LA. Infused CBD manicures & pedicures. Higher Vibration Remedies Co. is where my love for cannabis meets my love of eclectic home decor. From hand crafted CBD infused skincare products to soy candles & oil warmers, raise your vibration and elevate your frequency with HVRC. Good Ol’ Dank is my love, Ricardo Chan’s clothing line. He’s a Los Angeles native, the ideas are all his, I just help give a leg up on marketing. Running and managing multiple business brands poses several challenges but as you grow in business, you learn that failure is a part of success. The best way to overcome challenges in my businesses is to go with the flow. I’ve learned to be flexible with my methods, approach & ideas, yet rigid with the end goals. The only difference between you and them is they didn’t give up. Make sure you do the same.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Right now with COVID-19 running the show- things to do are a bit limited but I’ve still managed some relaxation & fun. A Day with Rhonda Jane Visit Body Magik Boutique in the Crenshaw District for a relaxing spa treatment facial, nail service or a body piercing! Head over to Mecca Mid City Collective in the heart of LA and pick up a nice 420 order of flowers, edibles, concentrates & topicals. Drive to a local brewery like Monkish in Torrance and pick up a nice craft artisan 4-pack to go enjoy at home safely!
