We had the good fortune of connecting with Ryan Spears and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ryan, how do you think about risk?
Taking a risk is something that I learned will help me elevate to the next level. I always over think and doubt my abilities but once I decided to take a risk just live with the outcome it doesn’t bother me as much because I know I put my all into it and I know everything will work out. Taking risks for me helped me become more self reliant and on go mode at all times

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I make music, I rap but with my own flow and style. I’m most proud of how far I’ve came as far as the music I first dropped to the music I’m making now. I’m still an underground artist but my fan base is slowly growing as I started taking it more seriously and it definitely takes time. Ive been learning to stop overthinking about the music and just drop it. I’m about to become more consistent and pushing my brand on every platform. I want the world to know that my music and brand is all about having good vibes, elevating and just having fun.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In St.Louis there are many places to see and eat. You definitely have to go see the Arch downtown, Union Station which has an aquarium and the wheel, the loop In University City, the Van Gogh Museum, a Cardinals game or a Blue game. Definitely have to try Imos pizza and some Chinese food because we got the best Chinese food!
