We had the good fortune of connecting with Rylee June and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rylee, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Being honest, at first starting my business was a necessity. My husband was facing dire health circumstances and needed 24/7 care, we lived far away from family and he only had me to help him so starting my business came from a place of needing to figure out a way to help us out financially.

Very shortly into building my business I realized that though it may have started from a place of desperation, building a coaching business was going to require a community.

I found such deep connection sharing what I knew and was continuing to learn about within this community I was building it very quickly turned into such a passion experience that was not only helping me heal through everything I was going through personally but now helping others around the world.

I am an analyzer, and I would find many common themes in a variety of people and realized that what I was offering supporting people to learn to connect to their own energy, mentality, emotions and find self acceptance and forgiveness was now turning into a mission that could not be stopped.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I truly believe what sets me apart from other spiritual coaches and mentors in the ethical approach I teach and follow within my practice. Often times in the energy industry it’s wildly overlooked the lack of training and understanding of the doors that are being opened when connecting with all types of energies and in my opinion not taken seriously enough. Depiction and manipulation can easily be used as a tactic to keep clients attached to mentors in the way of the mentor presenting themselves as all knowing when there truly only is one who knows all. I started from a place of connecting with it all; spirits, ancestors, guides, angels… you name it. The more and more I analyzed my clients results, the new age practices and the experiences they were having the more I came to find that connecting with it all was not serving anyone. But instead keeping them from being more connected to their souls. It wasn’t until I found Jesus and began sharing, teaching and understanding him as a gift to this world, did I start to see profound changes in myself, my clients and the deep need to bring in even more ethical approaches to this industry, because you truly have no way of understanding what you are connecting too other then by the word of the person teaching your or the written history of that deity, energy, history line, but that doesn’t mean it’s right, or good.

I was always a people pleaser and I find many spiritual teachers struggle with find their voice because their connection is in anything that brings than validation and because they feel if they are inclusive to everyone they are helping.

This work isn’t for the faint of heart, and it requires constant questioning and self reflection and analysis. When it comes to the souls evolution you get to understand you are evolving from a place of darkness for light, grounding into truth or deception, and even in the many clients I support and train in this work it is a common struggle to acknowledge that there is the duality of this reflection and it requires taking a long hard look I the mirror to see if what you are doing is truly in alignment with the light.

I am proud of myself for constantly questioning, seeking, learning and finding more and more reasons to keep going. Getting here was relatively easy the biggest challenge was honestly in the consistency of showing up every day to serve and being bold in what I know to be true and believe in because it does trigger many who feel much differently, which is perfectly okay.

Over coming the challenges I faced and leaning into more and more of who I am came through Investing in myself. Never over look the power of a mentor, it’s truly the cheat code to where you want to go.

I’ve learned that no matter what you do there will be struggles, and there will be people who disagree with you.

The struggles are there because you enter an unknown space; a space of learning something you didn’t know will always be a challenge however one that is so worthy of your time and effort. And in regards to people who disagree.
That’s just a part of life, it’s an opportunity for you to find even more grace, compassion and boundaries within yourself and your life. A worthy lesson too.

My story is one of grit, rising amidst the challenges of life, finding a way even when it doesn’t seem Iike it’s going to work out; trusting in the miracles.

My brand is about supporting others in rediscovering who they are beyond the labels of the world. Finding their voice, standing in courage and taking those big steps towards the life they dream to be possible. Everything you desire comes from connecting to the root of your energy; your intuition, the language of your soul.

From that place you will be granted a new heart to lead, new ears to hear and new eyes to see. – Matthew 13:15-17

Life will challenge you in many ways, it grants you the duality of understanding grace, joy and love.

My brand is about foundation, support, community and bring people back to their true soul connection.

And from that space purpose, mission, love and prosperity are simply just a by product of the now courage you will live out.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
We would take a stop at Brew and Bloom a boutique resturaunt that serves the most beautiful dishes instagram worthy.

Next we would take a trip down 124 street and stroll into the local shops and boutiques to find special pieces for our wardrobes that are truly one of a kind.

On a Saturday morning we would attend a yoga or spin class depending on the mood of the day to boost our energy and than head to a Glow Juicer for a refresh.

Heritage park would be a stop for one of the days to enjoy the trails and a picnic in the sun complimented by a local hot coffee or lattee as we go and wander by the river or a pond.

Calming, serene, and intentionally uplifting is the type of experience I love to take people on.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I give glory to God for guiding me to this place and calling on my heart, my husband has been a huge influence in my life and helping to keep me grounded as well as my very dear friend Carissa Johnsen.
