We had the good fortune of connecting with Javari Newton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Javari, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
Starting my own business stemmed from being over worked and over looked at any job I applied for. I felt like my work ethic could only be appreciated by myself so I set out to figure a way to not have to be bogged down with doing jobs or things I didn’t much care for. Knowing that I had a natural disposition for leadership I set out to build my team and make a name for myself in this Industry.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
The Art I partake in is content creation, Videos, Podcast, Music And more. We have a one stop shop for locals to come make music, get their media coverage started, and we have a team on hand ready for Music Videos and Photoshoots. I’m proud of how far we have come in such a short amount of time, from equipment to the caliber of Artist or Entrepreneur we speak too, we have elevated to a point where we don’t have to reach out as much anymore Artists are finding us and I feel like that is an accomplishment in itself. I’ve learned a lot and have been put through the ringer when it comes to this business but networking and building with others has been the most rewarding.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When my friends come visit I normally take them to my favorite Sushi Spots. But if there is an event being held in the city more then likely we will hit that. I don’t club anymore because I listen to a lot of local music so when my friends do come I take them to local bars or performances to get a feel of what Vegas has to offer.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have to give a Shoutout to my team, because without them none of this is possible. So First The Cable Guy(Tae) the teams lead Videographer and point man, Cable has been able to turn the podcast quality up while simultaneously working on our Cyphers to make them feel as big as the source material they are related too. Next Dame our local DJ and Co Host of The You Know What It Is Podcast, Dame is pivotal to the success of the podcast hard work and dedication have been at the forefront of the team since day one. Special Shout out to QuixkMadeIt, BeatsByNoize and the whole Full Circle Team.
