We had the good fortune of connecting with Soha Panah and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Soha, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
I think risks are the biggest opportunity for growth. From a spiritual, mental, and physical level taking risks can lead you for bigger expansion in almost every area of your life.

I would say that I recently (the last 3 years) have been more open to taking risks and have been more comfortable in the uncomfortable. I decided to leave my “cush” director role at a luxury hotel to focus on Dryp By Soha & holistic health coaching. It was so scary and there were days and nights I doubted my decision but I would tell you it has been the best decision of my life. I have expanded in so many ways. I have matured on a different level and now know how to manage stress/ rejection– which was a huge lesson/growth opportunity for me.

What should our readers know about your business?
At Dryp By Soha, physical intensity and emotional energy build with the beat. This creates transformative results: toned, lean muscles; a calm, focused mind; a community bonded in being. We offer 15-60 electrifying minutes where exercise, mindfulness, music and strength align. Dryp Method is a performance-based workout for your whole self, mind and body. It was created with the foundation of yoga in mind but offers so much more.

I am super excited about the Dryp APP which is now live at the APP store, I am also super excited about the luxury hotel and luxury apartment buildings that Dryp is associated with. The process of creating Dryp wasnt easy but when you love what you do and you believe in your craft– anything is possible. I still am working through challenges. Specifically as the world continues to change, I have to change and evolve. I am just so grateful for every member, client and person that still supports my dreams.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Ohh gosh, LA has a lot to offer but here is a sample fun day in the city:

8am Los Liones Hike
10am Brunch at Elephante in Santa Monica
12:00pm Shop Abbot Kinney
2:00pm Lunch at Dudleys in Venice
4:00pm Chill
7:00pm Kensho in Hollywood for Dinner and views
and if you are feeling extra spicy hit up a bar in hollywood

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I first want to thank myself– for trusting in my potential, desires and believing in myself. Second, I wouldn’t have been able to be where I am without the support of my family. My mom, dad and sister have been a rock for me and gave me the room to have melt downs when I needed them. My trusting students and community for allowing me to lead them over the decade and especially during covid. Lastly, I want to thank my ex partner. He believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself and I truly wouldn’t have been able to create Dryp By Soha without his love, encouragement and support.
