We had the good fortune of connecting with Susan Ancillotti and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Susan, how has your background shaped the person you are today?
I was born and raised in Florence, Italy by an Italian father and Thai mother. Being raised between two very different cultures helped me see different ways of approaching life and connect with people.
I would always try to take the aspects that I like the most from both cultures and apply it to my everyday life

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am very proud and excited to help people by sharing my 10+ years of experience as a tour manager for high profile talent, and multiple business owner, coaching upcoming talent, managers, and coaches that are either starting out their journey as entrepreneurs and looking to take their businesses off the ground or want to scale and activate their business to get into a consistent flow of work or get quality leads.

I got where I am today by working hard, putting in the hours first, and applying the strategies that I learned from top leaders in the entertainment and business. Then, to scale I started to lean in more into applying systems, delegating, and working smarter instead of harder by prioritizing the tasks that would move the needle in my business.

Wasn’t easy at all, being an immigrant now living in Los Angeles, CA is already a challenge, then on top of it there is the language and culture barrier to deal with, but I have never seen any challenge like impossible or something that would stop me or make me quit since I don’t see myself doing anything else than what I truly love to do and helping people.
One thing that my journey taught me is that there is a solution for anything and that you need to be patient, relax and trust the process while you enjoy the ride because it never ends.

Another big takeaway is that alignment with what you do and doing activities that are in your zone of genius is key to get into the next level of success for everyone.

I like for people to see my brand as a way to get whatever you want in life by helping and empowering others to do what they do best and love to do, making a ton of money, and having so much fun along the way!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When my friends come to visit me in LA I usually take them to some of my favorite lounges and rooftops, mama shelter, E.P. L.P., Ysabel, Cecconi’s, Laurel Hardware, and a lot of small hole in the wall with some legit Italian, Thai or Mexican food. Street food and tacos are also some of my favorites, Evil Cooks and Pablitos’ tacos are almost a weekly date for me.

I am also a fan of outdoor shopping so we would probably hit “The Grove” or “The Americana” and some farmers markets or flea markets or my favorite main streets, Rodeo Dr in Beverly Hills or Melrose and Fairfax in West Hollywood.

If the person is into workout would love for them to try all the classes and SPA that they have here, some that I love are Remedy Place, Soul Cycle, Rumble, and Yoga classes. I also like hiking and going to Runyon or Griffith trails.

I also love landmarks and museums like LACMA, The Broad, The Getty.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to give a shout-out to all the people that supported me since day one, my family, friends, talent, coaches, mentors and team
