We had the good fortune of connecting with The Ceasars and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi The Ceasars, what role has risk played in your life or career?
It’s as important as talent right now. For us specifically, the simple fact that we decided to move 10.000 miles from our home country, where we were already established was a huge risk. Risk of losing what took years to build there but also of not being able to find a way to succeed here in the US. It was extremely difficult, especially at the beginning but it slowly payed.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
What sets us apart from others is definitely our point of view, we come from totally different music backgrounds and from another country so our take on sounds and ideas is definitely different and fresh.
We definitely had our struggles, it was definitely challenging moving here and get used to a new country and a new life, let alone trying to establish yourself again in the music industry almost from scratch, but it was definitely worth it. We learned a lot from it, persistence is the key to success, especially if you’re a artist.
We are duo of music producers, originally from Italy, we moved to LA in 2017. We started working together around 2009-2010 but we’ve been friends since 2003. Back home, we had established our name in the music industry during the years and worked with some of the biggest artists in the country, with a few gold and platinum records in the process. Our goal since the beginning was to work with artists here in the States though.
The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
Enrico D’Angelo, our manager and basically the third member of ur team. He’s been with us for 10+ years and he waas instrumental in every little achievement.
