We had the good fortune of connecting with Ursula Lentine and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Ursula, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
On my email signature, it reads, Enhance the planet one kind act at a time.
That does represent the way I think. When we act in a micro level way with the macro level in mind, we will eventually get to a better place.
I help people heal out their old wounds that have become so familiar to them, that they don’t even know how life is without them. This is similar to walking with a tiny pebble in your shoe. These traumas could be a big event, death of a parent, a big accident, a childhood of abuse or neglect. Most of time, the biggest sticking point is when we decide, “oh, I see how it is, people treat me like this, or this has happened to me because I am not good enough.” It’s typically at age 3 or 4 that we sell our Self out to ourselves.
When one person heals from that event or decision it truly has a ripple effect. For each person involved in that event, or the family, something is lifted off of them too. Nearly everyone carries family legacy burdens, most frequent are the tendency for drugs, alcohol, violence, and self defeating thought patterns. When one person heals, their linage of the past and the future heals too.
When we do our healing work, we are calmer. The anxiety is reduced and depression is disbursed. A calmer person has more capacity for compassion, patience and kindness.
That’s that how I help the community of the world.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
My gift is bringing greater possibilities for finding your best self. Together, we kick to the curb the obstacles, procrastination, and blocks that are holding back your true expression of your most natural self.

I got here by following my passion and a strong desire to learn so I can grow so I can share so I can enjoy! No it wasn’t easy, and it’s totally worth it!
Right now I am most excited about my business expanding to more original courses and to completing my book The Way of the Spiritual Path.
The lessons are keep moving in the right direction and eventually you will get there

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Los Angeles has so many little areas that are unique in all the world. I will start by going to the Famous Santa Monica Pier. We have to go early during the weekday. You really have pray for a good parking spot. We must walk the whole strip of Ocean Front Walk From Golds Gym to Venice Beach A perfect treat is Zelda’s Corner Sandwiches, they make old fashioned fresh hot donuts. It’s on Westminister. If you love coffee, it’s worth standing in line at Groundwork Coffee Co.
I love driving up PCH Highway, the coast is breath taking at sunrise if you can get up for it. Driving way up to Ojai is worth it. Such an oasis. They have Ecotopia Hot Springs that got burned down. Super fabulous. May be up and running at some point again. On the way back we can take the mulholland Road, curves and vistas along the way. Stopping at the Rock Store where all the motorcyclist stop for lunch. Stopping on the way back to the Self Realization Fellowship lake Shrine, established by Paramahansa Yogananda, this is where some of Gandhi’s ashes are.
For Sunday I would take a ride up to Thousand Oaks and attend the Global Truth Center for a lively uplifting service. If you want to take the trip to Santa Barbara to visit the coolest spiritual store The Sacred Space and further up the hills is the Vadanta Temple. One of the most peaceful places in California. Santa Barbara is a cute little shopping town. One place to visit for sure is the Salt Cave. You can lay in there and it’s heavenly.
Back in LA, my all time favorite spot is the Farmers Market, where they serve international foods from the authentic recipes. It’s right near the Grove which is great little place to relax and have an icecream cone.
My favorite street to window shop is Abbot Kinney Blvd.
Terroni’s Italian restaurant is a great place for dinner.
