We had the good fortune of connecting with VA Streets and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi VA Streets, can you share a quote or affirmation with us?
If Hard work is your weapon, then success will be your slave.. This Statement regardless how tired I am or how much money I may have or have not.. The Basics structure of survival is you don’t work you don’t eat.. Period…So I’m always working.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I just speak from my heart..All my life I viewed the world as a living entity. So I try to be sensitive to everything around me. As a artist I’m always growing, trying to better myself is the challenge because I am my worst critic. My label Motivate the Huddle. Speaks for itself.. I simply want to inspire others so they become inspiration to others.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If it was up to me we would defenity be in the studio all week ordering food and drinks. I don’t hang out at all. Im am always at my happiest when im with my family.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
There are too many people to name. My good Friend Donald XLP Robertson, My Homie Lay Law for introducing me to the west coast, My good friend Pointguard1500 for always giving me beats through out the years, My homie A-dot for putting together my album covers and videos, 2Rebels&agun for creating most of my visual content and videos you see online. definitely my brother Jewel for being ride or die every step of the way. A lot of family and friends that have passed on that always saw my talents. I keep them close to me. For everyone else if I can look you eye to eye and we genuinely embrace, to you I say Thank you
