Meet Vanessa Ringel: Neuro-Coach and Spiritual Psychologist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Vanessa Ringel and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Vanessa, what role has risk played in your life or career?
Everything worthwhile in life is RISKY. YES. Have you noticed that? And usually the bigger the risk, the bigger the reward. Nobody ever said falling in love isn’t risky business… it is vulnerable and terrifying for most sane people! Yet it’s the most worthwhile risk you can take in your life, isn’t it? What else are we here for if not that?! For me personally and professionally, taking risks has been incredibly rewarding- from attracting my soulmate and husband, to starting my own coaching business, to investing in property and the stock market, to letting go of my lifelong beliefs to become open to a new way of perceiving life… All of it involved some element of chance. Yet without taking those risks, I would not have been able to reap the rewards. Every day I witness people ‘playing small’ and staying “safe” by holding back, terrified to fail or be rejected. Making decisions from that place of fear will never get you where you want to go. It is only once you let go of all that, that the magic can happen, and that you can start manifesting the life you actually want. Another way to look at risk is letting go of control. Knowing things won’t always work out the way you want them to, but trusting everything happens for a reason and that you will be alright regardless. It takes confidence to take risks. As my confidence has developed, I have felt more comfortable taking risks in my work and my personal life, which have enabled me to thrive. Now I would encourage others to push themselves in that direction too. I believe it’s exciting to go outside your comfort zone!

Gravitas is a Neuro-Coaching company helping women manifest love globally. I poured my 10 years of experience and trainings into this program, which will be life changing, fast and affordable for anyone who’s ready to unblock themselves from love. I COACH ALL KINDS OF INSPIRING PEOPLE, LOOKING TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES BY TAKING ACTION. My specialty is working with ambitious women looking to manifest love, and have now helped many unblock barriers and shift beliefs that were getting in their way. I also work with single men, couples, creatives and visionaries looking to up their game in their career, or people who may feel stuck in any area of life. I’m certified in Spiritual Psychology and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), plus having an MBA from business school in London. I’m obsessed with learning and personal growth! I am always searching for new exciting tools to be of greater service to my clients. I left the corporate world to pursue my passion, helping people find love. My background as the Head Matchmaker at Three Day Rule Inc. infused me with a deep understanding of dating and relationships. After overseeing 100s of client matches and singles events with Match.com across the country, I realized it’s really an inside out job. When you’re in alignment that’s when love manifests. I have lived in various countries around the world since childhood, which allows me to easily connect with people across cultural boundaries. I’m fluent in Spanish, English and French, as well as conversant in Italian and German. YOU MIGHT WONDER HOW I GOT INTO THIS. Let me tell you about my first great success. The client came to me when she had lost the point in living, at the young age of 18. She was a victim of her circumstances, numb and shut down from her emotions. She felt hopeless that anything would ever change. From then until now, her energy, her being and her life are hardly recognizable. She is a beam of light and happiness, a successful businesswoman, a loving wife and mother. My personal hero’s journey is a common one, and stemmed from my own struggles, as is the case with literally EVERYONE. I hit rock bottom at a very young age, and then discovered the power of the subconscious mind, and it changed my world. My first client was ME, and I was the toughest one yet. Most things aligned for me after doing the deep work that I have now dedicated my life to, and my life became unrecognizable from that dark place I came from. Today I can genuinely say I never imagined life could be this good, nor that this extraordinary love I have with my husband and soulmate could be possible for me. If I can create the life I always wanted, anybody can. It’s simply about shifting beliefs and releasing energetic blocks. MY PURPOSE IS TO GUIDE YOU TO BECOME CLEAR IN YOUR PATH AND OVERCOME YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS BLOCKS, TO MANIFEST THE LOVE AND LIFE YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED.
