Meet Victor Migalchan | Film director, Showrunner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Victor Migalchan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Victor, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
It is simple: you never give up. A difference between the champion and a looser is that the Champion has never given up, he kept doing what he was doing. Not even trying.
Never give up, never even allow yourself a thought of giving up.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My name is the business, I am the business. This is a new era when personal brand name has to stay as strong as the company name, or even stronger. I work on development of a few companies with my partners and we focus on quality and positive community impact first. Success to us, our small but top quality circle of people, means the impact and change you can bring to the community. It isn’t your car, house or numbers in your bank account.
We currently focus on quality and meaningful TV and Film production; helping businesses in their brand development; helping different communities to connect, communicate, develop projects and thrive. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy and my personal concern is our Economy and it’s health.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My favorite spots are the gyms, not all of them of course. It is the company that matters. We would workout with Dr Marwan Chahayed, or Mr Cung Le, or Mr Sergey Ivannikov and to be honest it’s not the location that matters. We’ve all been to different including top restaurants. Believe me or not, the best food tasted was the food from paper plates but with the great company.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Oh yes you are absolutely correct. Our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. In all my interviews, as well as my books, I always share my words of grattitude to my friends and mentors in life: Mr Cung Le, Mr Sergey Ivannikov, Dr Marwan Chahayed, Mr Ephraim Kreitenberg, Mr Edward Cologna, Mr Laith Haddad. Of course I also have mentors who I haven’t met yet, but learned from: Mr Doug Ellin, Mr Quentin Tarantino, Mr James Cameron, Mr Stephen Spielberg, Mr Rob Weiss, Mr Frank Darabond, Mr Paul Haggis and more.
