Meet Zaye Bank$ | Artist, Model, Producer & MEGA Social Media influencer

We had the good fortune of connecting with Zaye Bank$ and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Zaye, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
Between me and you I’m honestly inspired by psychology the most, I studied it in undergrad & I feel like those classes taught me to discern my intent and others intentions to create the reality I see fit, but it has to be harmonious with my spirit and my intuition fasho.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m most excited about experiencing my own evolution and not being attached to who I was or who I’m going to be. Just embracing who I am for the day and knowing I will change for the greater is what makes me most proud. I don’t think getting to where I am is easy because I’ve had years of multifaceted practice and it takes a lot of failure and being told no, redirecting you and showing you that there’s success in failure also. I learned to be very thankful for money and opportunities but to know not all money and opportunities are in my best interest. I learned that I can negotiate my own contracts and to keep my legal team to explain contracts you are agreeing to, so you are fully aware and to study UCC Laws so that you are legally competent in every space you enter. I believe everything I want the world to know about me and my story will be an experience only the viewers can explain.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m taking them to the beach, we eating at every restaurant I’ve never tried, we drinking bottles of tequila and we hanging out until we ready to sleep. I’m not too specific on who’s and what’s I just like to try new places and meet new people.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Im sending a big shout out to “Rico Nasty” who ironically just dropped an album called “Las Ruinas” on my birthday July 22nd. During the pandemic her music kept me alive literally. I was doing an influencer job for a live app called “Bigo” where you showcase who you are, ya know with your talents, daily life for your supporters to send you money. Trust me I started off really successful as a podcast addressing music, spirituality, meditation, sound therapy, sexual identity issues and transforming it with acceptance but then I started receiving hate from other big influencers on the app attacking me for being true to myself… They was making up hate trains because I only identified with being sexually fluid, creating fake narratives to exploit and distort my image or whatever the f%ck. During those times I was already dealing with enough dysfunction in my own home that no one knew about. Another HUGE Shoutout to the “THE FLOW” who really became my family, cause y’all kept me the most grounded and in tune with my heart space. I looked like I was handling it all well but in reality I was dealing with severe depression and addiction to pain killers. When I would play “Nightmare Vacation” I merch my day would instantly become better just knowing somebody else could relate, I knew Rico felt like the black sheep, I felt her pain and but most of all her acceptance of herself regardless of what people said she real live didn’t even care to explain herself to soothe her haters insecurities, that’s what deserves credit the most. From “Nightmare Vacation” album my go to was “10Fo” and “Let it Out”. If y’all haven’t played it, I’ll play it on my phone right now. *Mischievously laughs*(Siri play let it out by Rico Nasty)
