We had the good fortune of connecting with Sofia Dedola and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sofia, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Initially, I started Faze & Flow as a passion project. I really love social media and building an aesthetic so I thought why not start there. One of my biggest passions is herbalism. I’ve been studying for a while now and wanted to share some of my knowledge with women who struggle with hormonal imbalance. Faze & Flow has a recipe book in the works, along with 1:1 coaching for women who want to get their diet and body balanced. I haven’t really promoted any of this because It’s kind of accidentally happened. LOL As I started posting the more people reached out asking questions.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I want women to know that PMS symptoms are not as normal as we are led to believe. I want women to know that they can cure their cramps, cravings, and mellow their mood swings with a shift in diet and adding some herbal lovin’.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I would take my friend to a meditation class with me and then over to the beach. In the morning we would go grab green juice and do a little yoga. After that, I’d say let’s go to this cute coffee shop in Newport Beach and then shop a little or a lot. 😉

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Coast PPE- Serving hospitals with gear when there is a shortage. So grateful for them to be able to provide for our frontline workers.
