We had the good fortune of connecting with Tino Perez and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Tino, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
I always had the idea, to get ahead by myself without depending on anyone, and I always wanted to have the opportunity to work in what I loved the most, if you work for someone else, you help them fulfill their dreams, if you work for yourself, you can get to fulfill yours.

What should our readers know about your business?
I think what distinguishes us the most is the personal support to our clients, since it is we who really interest us, when you go to big companies they usually don’t care about you, you are one more number, with us the help is beyond, more personal and our clients can corroborate this, I am proud as far as we have come since we have received many recognitions from both Burbank and the city of Los Angeles, we have appeared in more than 150 television interviews, both on national and international channels, there is no small company can say this.   I am also very proud to have trained all employees in the same style that I am used to treat my clients, it has not been easy since there are many economic challenges and many misalignments in the business, it is difficult to have employees and deal with people but we always want to go ahead and knock down the barriers.   I learned that with a good structure and a good team things are easier, the software is very important to help you organize and you also have to learn to be very patient.   I want all people to recognize our logo, and if they see it, bring them a smile, a good memory, to remember the quality and personal assistance offered, I want them to see that we really could do the job, that if someone know my children speak well of me as a person and of LAPC Networking.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
One of the places that I definitely recommend Porto’s Bakery, for a breakfast, after Season Thai in Burbank for lunch, a walk through Hollywood The Walk of Fame, in the afternoon I would take them to The Americana at Brand, to enjoy the fountains and a delicious coffee, and at night Public Art “Urban Light” in Los Angeles to take some photos.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Well, I think the biggest thanks are to our clients in the city of Burbank California, since they have supported us a lot, recommending us. To all my employees, since each of them have contributed for this company to grow, Definitely to my family for having patience since it is not easy to be absent from the house, working long hours.
