If I could leave a legacy, I’d like it to be this: that I have helped people to know, experience, and learn Tai Chi Quan, Qigong, and traditional Chinese Kungfu as well as other wonderful things such as Guqin (an ancient instrument to cultivate oneself), tea and Zen etc. which are the treasures of eastern cultures and humanity and enrich our lives and give us energy and power to live a healthy and happy life, in harmony with the nature, heaven and earth, and ourselves. Radical self-love and acceptance. Society constantly imposes unrealistic expectations, distorting how we perceive ourselves and our worth, making the simple act of being fully, freely, and unapologetically a struggle. Self-love feels like an unattainable luxury.
