• Keeping goal-oriented. Every day, different challenges come up, with some being bigger than others, but as long as you have a goal, making small steps toward it goes a long way. • Resilience. No matter how often you get knocked down, always get back up. Take the learnings from the missteps and apply them to your next endeavors. To that, also never let anyone define who you are. Only you can define that, so be true to yourself every day. Read more>>

I love starting my mornings early. I wake up around 5:30 and head to a workout class like pilates, spin, or yoga. I’ve noticed that when I start my day with a workout, I feel more in control over my day and whatever comes my way. It’s rare that I regret getting up early, and don’t get me wrong, there are definitely mornings when it feels impossible, but the payoff is always worth it. Read more>>

One of the habits that has helped me succeed is consistency. Building a career as a content creator, especially in the beauty and fashion industry, requires showing up every day with fresh ideas and energy. I made it a habit to stay creative and always connected to my audience, whether that’s through dynamic videos, authentic storytelling, or sharing moments from my everyday life. Read more>>

I feel like habits that directly correlate to my consistency helped me succeed. Like telling myself that I have to always stay active, practice, and find new ways of becoming better are all directly related to the success I have found so far, and that I am constantly searching for. I truly believe that consistency is something that people tend to overlook. At least from my point of view, my consistency is what keeps me going and is what always brings more opportunities to my door step. As an artist I believe it is important to stay busy and working on your craft every single chance you get. And this in itself screams consistency. So definitely being consistent in practicing my craft, finding work, networking, showing up, holding myself accountable, all work together to foster my success. Read more>>

I prioritize my health—eating well, staying hydrated, working out, and aiming for 8 hours of sleep whenever possible. Being in good shape, both mentally and physically, allows me to function at my best and give 100% to everything I do.
I also believe in the power of a positive mindset. I try to see the bright side of every situation, viewing challenges and setbacks as lessons. When something less-than-ideal happens, I take a moment to reflect, learn from it, and move on (and, of course, write a song about it, lol!). Likewise, I celebrate victories but don’t get caught up in them, as I believe focusing too much on success can feed the ego. Read more>>

Jordan Massey | Canadian-American pop artist, singer-songwriter, and actor

One of the habits that has been absolutely essential for me is consistency. It’s easy to get wrapped up in moments of inspiration, but the reality is, the grind doesn’t stop. Showing up every day, whether it’s working on my songwriting, vocal training, or brainstorming for a project – that consistency pushes me forward, even on days when motivation feels a little harder to find. As with anything in life, I feel that discipline is key. This is especially true when working with young horses, because much like humans they feel most comfortable in a consistent routine. Everyone has mornings and when they want to hit snooze or stay out late at night, but when you have an animal depending on you for everything, you have to shift your priorities. Read more>>
