Meet Angela Hadl | CEO/Founder & Mad Bath Scientist behind BB Bombs

We had the good fortune of connecting with Angela Hadl and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Angela, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind the success of my brand is the community. I acknowledge daily that this business would not exist without the love and support of the people that buy, share, and uplift BB Bombs. They are the reason why improvements are made, new products introduced, and why lives are being changed by the brand.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
BB Bombs is a natural bath & body product business that creates skincare using real food ingredients. By focusing on including super foods in my products, I am creating a way for the skin to have access to the immediate benefits of the natural additive. This way of serving food has literally changed lives.

I had to go through several versions of the business before I got to what it is today. From packaging to formulation, there were A LOT of lessons learned. Those lessons included loss of money, time, and sometimes connections.

Was this journey easy? No.

However, I am headstrong and determined. I was constantly devouring new information, asking questions, and seeking mentors to help drive me towards my goals. It was and still is a lot of work daily.

The main lesson that I learned so far is that if you want it to be real, you have to work for it. Talking about what you are going to do and doing what you are going to do are two different things and ends with two different results. I have also learned that I must trust the process and enjoy the journey otherwise I may lose myself to the business.

My business is in fact my love language. I love to help others. I love to make things. I love to make others smile and feel good about themselves. BB Bombs allows me to do all of this at the same time.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am fortunate enough to live in one of the greatest cities in the world – even during a global pandemic.

For sure there must be a barbecue at my house! Fellowship and friendship are top of the list when visiting me! Bonus: My backyard is lit.

We MUST also go to Central Park to shoot the breeze and take in the beautiful scenery.

I am a foodie, so we must go to each neighborhood and indulge in the local favorites. I love going to Queens for authentic Filipino food and of course Staten Island has some of the best Italian restaurants ever!

Lastly, we will go to Coney Island and ride all the rides and eat all the things until we get sick! Take in a few competitive games and win some prizes!
