We had the good fortune of connecting with Robin Wald and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Robin, career-wise, where do you want to be in the end?
My primary professional goal, in the present and in the end, is to be of the highest service to my clients and students. I receive so much joy and fulfillment from the work I do as a cosmic wisdom coach, astrologer, intuitive tarot reader, and spiritual teacher. By the end of my career, I want to feel completely satisfied that I have been a skillful and supportive guide for others’ growth, transformation, health and happiness. I will be happy knowing that my life’s work made a difference and inspired the people I worked with individually and the adult and teen students I taught. I will like to look back at the end of my career and say “Wow, I transmitted a lot of love and wisdom, and learned and loved so much. I am so grateful.”

What should our readers know about your business?
From a young age, I was always drawn to spiritual-seeking and was fascinated with everything mystical, philosophical, religious and symbolic. I have a bachelors degree in civil engineering from Columbia University, and a masters degree in human nutrition, but ultimately left careers in those fields to follow my passion for teaching and sharing spiritual wisdom with others. I have been practicing, studying and teaching yoga, meditation, kabbalah, astrology and tarot for over thirty years. In 2019, I completed my training and certification as a life coach through the International Coaching Federation and started my business, Robin Wald Cosmic Wisdom Coaching.

Through Cosmic Wisdom Coaching, I support my clients’ self-understanding, clarity, growth, joy, wellness, and success through the integration and skillful use of coaching, astrology, mindfulness, spiritual and mystical wisdom, intuitive Tarot, deep listening, and loving presence. I feel especially blessed to do powerful one-on-one work with my adult clients, to teach and mentor teens, and to offer meaningful programs for groups of all ages. I welcome the honest, deep, heart-centered relationships I form with my clients, and am humbled to be a partner in their exploration, transformation and manifestation.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am actually a New Yorker, but my favorite spots in and around LA are LACMA and the lamps at night, Bottega Louie for brunch and baked goods, Abbot Kinney for great food, West Hollywood for art galleries and thrift/vintage stores, and USC campus for its beauty and the vibe of young people and learning opportunities.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shout out my ancestors, grandparents and parents. I am alive and successful in this moment because of all of their sacrifices, hard work, resilience and love. They instilled in me a love of learning, wisdom, awe, spiritual connection to a higher purpose, and a desire to teach others.

I also want to shout out gratitude to all of my students and clients, who are my greatest teachers.
