Hi Tian, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?

My name is Tian Liu. I am the founder of Tigertail Pictures.

Tigertail Pictures is a Los Angeles based production company providing full-service production needs, from the first steps of the creative planning process all the way to post-production. Our in-house team and our vast network of filmmakers and photographers allow us to carry out every stage of the development process successfully and efficiently. We work with clients all over the world, we have offices in LA, NY and Beijing, China.

Tigertail Pictures is a very successful production company. This is  where we created many successful commercial campaigns for Western and Chinese companies alike. Tigertail Pictures is building Asia’s largest and most valuable network of talent and consumers by connecting fans to their favorite celebrities and brands. We have been working with major players such as Maye Musk, Maggie Q, Gal Gadot, Snoop Dogg, Coldplay etc.

The most important factor behind our success, I think it is all about the mindset. It is the mindset of the entrepreneur that will eventually determine their ultimate success, and we are always in deep study and  curiosity. To become a successful entrepreneur, we must challenge ourselves. No one else is going to push you, so it’s up to you to do it. Also successful entrepreneurs are passionate about their work. Defiantly there are a lot of difficulties in any business, Passion will let you enjoy the process. The last one key is to believe in yourself, I am a believer, your ability to trust and believe in yourself will show your confidence. People are more likely to follow and trust confident leaders. Trusting in your own skills will also take some of the pain of uncertainty out of being an entrepreneur.

I am grateful to be surrounded by so many successful entrepreneurs that constantly inspire and encourage me. I really enjoy what we do. And If you don’t love what you’re doing, what’s the point of it all! I am grateful for having such amazing parent who give me a lot of freedom to let me to chasing my dreams and achieve my goals.
