Hi Hai, what matters most to you?
Values and principles are the most important factors that I take very seriously. I value one’s loyalty the highest no matter if it’s business, friends or family. I feel like loyalty is something very rare to find in this time and age and once I see someone that possess this trait I tend to keep them very close.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Everyday Biz Solutions LLC is as a business to business company that creates convenience for their consumers with our services. I am most proud of how fast the business is growing annually. Just like a runner, a business will often grow but those times when the momentum becomes slow, It’s taking a breather to get back running again. I believe that is critical in all aspects of business since it allows you to learn from trial and error in order to improve. We overcame obstacles by constantly coming up with different ideas to combat the problem until there is a solution. The biggest lesson I learned along the way was the art of being patient. Although I am still in my infant stage of developing into a patient person, over the years of running the business it has greatly contributed towards it.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my friend was visiting the area I would take them to the iconic spots of LA such as the grove, Fairfax and beverly hills. For more of nature I would take them to Santa Monica to enjoy the sceneries on the beach.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
There is a couple I would love to shoutout that made me a better a person some way. My tattoo artist, Bartosz Gogolewski from Black Sheep Tattoo in Sacramento (@bartztattoo) has always challenged me to see different perspectives within any situation and dissect the matter on a deep level to fully understand certain topics we talk about. My family: Ha, Viet and Angie Nguyen are my primary supporters that pushes me to levels I didn’t think I can personally achieve. And lastly, my girlfriend Alyssa has always been there for me through my rollercoasters of highs and lows in life.
