We had the good fortune of connecting with Sparkle Tyson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Sparkle, what makes you happy? Why?
What makes me happy is believing that I can do whatever I put my mind to, knowing that if I can vision it ! Feel it ! I can do it ! What makes me happy is proving to myself that anything that deems as impossible shows me that ‘I’m Possible’ to do it and I will. It’s having faith in my inner strength and going after any and everything I desire and showing others they can do it too. Breaking the mindset of repression and fear’ and choosing to take action and believe and go for it.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Modeling always been a dream of mines since a little girl, I always was into fashion, clothes and cameras. I use to always watch Tyra banks show and know that someday I will be doing photo shoots and teaching other models how to pose and walk. What set me aside from others is my style, the way I walk, the way I pose and the way I give entertainment on the runway it’s never a dull moment when I step on the red carpet I give a show to look at. I’m most proud of being able to walk in fashion shows that was only meant for taller models 5’6 &up but because of my experience I was selected. Also being a model coach for other inspiring models, I got where I am today by believing in myself, practicing and having my own trend , shining my own light within and not following no one else. I want the world to know that you can do whatever you put your mind to, find your passion and go all out.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my friend was visiting I’ll take them out to brunch with mimosa or nice roof top over the city to view with some drinks, we will visit some beaches I love the water and sand, watching waves crash is so refreshing and a breeze! Then we can find a comedy show or a sip & paint event and enjoy some laughter or creativity. Later we can catch a vibe at a nice upscale nightlife club.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I will like to give thanks to my family & friends that believed in me , and supported me. My mentor Kadhir who seen my potential in every talent that I held. My favorite cousin and hair stylists yo-yo for always being there like a sister since pacifiers for believing in me and knowing I will be the bestest at whatever I do, always doing my hairstyle for every shoot and fashion show to traveling states to watch me kill the runway. Lastly rio summers ANTM for giving me the opportunity to do a 1on1 class with you and walking with you in the L.A fashion show. I love you all for being my extra reason to keep going !
